Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of when they are placed - we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays. We will contact you if we foresee any delays with your shipment.
Our standard shipping option is UPS and USPS. We ship only to street addresses and PO Boxes in the United States. Shipping is flat rate - $6.95, orders $100 and over ship free.
In Store Coffee Pick-Up – BETHEL ONLY
Coffee orders can be placed online and picked up at our Bethel location. Please choose your preferred option when checking out.
Please order 3 days in advance of needing your order. Please note, we do not ship Bakery Pre-Order items – you may pick-up at any of our locations which you will select at checkout.
Changes & Cancellations
Email email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes to or cancel your order.
We do require a credit card for online ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card will be charged upon submission of your order. We do not accept checks, money orders or ship C.O.D.
All coffee is tax-free. Other items shipped are subject to applicable sales tax.
We stand behind the quality of all of our products, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. We cannot return or refund any coffee purchase as it is a food item. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
