Brewing at home elevated my coffee routine. A process I thought would only be feasible on a Sunday morning has become my favorite daily ritual. As an almond latte enthusiast, I knew I had to curb my habit of trekking to a coffee shop every morning before work, but I couldn’t part with my favorite drink. The best any of us can do is be patient, and adapt to the new changes Covid-19 brought along with it. Maybe one day “normal” will come back, but we certainly shouldn’t rush it along if it means unsafe conditions and undoing all the hard work we’ve already done.
