Looking for ways to get your Java Love fix at home? We have you covered with this comprehensive list of coffee brewing products.
A Moka Pot uses boiling water and semi-fine coffee grounds to brew a strong coffee on the stovetop. It is similar to espresso, but it does not use as much pressure as an espresso machine can produce. The coffee from a moka pot can be paired with milk to make a latte-based beverage, or it can be enjoyed as a rich and full-bodied cup of coffee. In the summer months, it is perfect served over ice, especially compared to a basic drip coffee. Its versatility makes the Moka Pot an ideal and inexpensive addition to a home brew set-up. You can pick up our Italian or Premium espresso blends for your Moka Pot in-store or online!
The French Press is perhaps a more well-known home brewing method that uses coarse coffee grinds. In a French Press, the coffee grinds steep in hot water before they are separated with the filter. This immersion differs from a typical filtered drip coffee, where the water quickly passes through the grinds. The coffee oils and flavor notes steep in the brew, producing a richer, more complex profile. It is great for both small and large batches of coffee, so whether you are brewing for yourself, a family, or a group of friends, the French Press has you covered. We recommend Sumatra Mandheling for a dark roast or Guatemala if you are looking for a more medium-bodied roast to pair with the French Press.
We understand that a Moka Pot or a French Press can take time out of an already busy morning routine, but that doesn’t mean your coffee quality has to take the hit! Java Love coffee now comes in compostable Coffee Pods compatible with all K-Cup brewers. We have your favorite roasts like Good Morning Brew, Bad Ass, and even Decaf. These are ideal if you’re looking for an easy, small-batch cup of coffee in the morning, and it is perfect to take on the go.
